Ring in the New Year laughing at Comedy Countdown, a live standup showcase at Cobb's Comedy Club! This festive New Year's event features a handpicked lineup of some of our favorite nationally touring headliners and local favorites. Plus, the December 31st show at 10 PM includes a New Year's toast! See below for details.
JESUS TREJO is one of the fastest rising names in the stand-up comedy scene. He can be seen recurring on the Netflix series MR. IGLESIAS, and in roles on ALONE TOGETHER (Freeform) and TEACHERS (TV Land). Jesus was selected to be a NEW FACE comedian in 2016 for the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, and was named a Variety Top 10 Comic to watch at JFL in 2017. Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Trejo is a paid regular at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
JEREMIAH WATKINS is heralded as the comedian for making Judd Apatow fall in love with comedy again, and that's a direct quote from Judd himself! No matter what size the audience, Jeremiah Watkins guarantees a memorable show experience like you've never seen before.
MIKE E. WINFIELD Strikingly brilliant comedian Mike E. has not slowed down since his debut on The Late Show with David Letterman and then winning a reoccurring role on NBC’s The Office. Whether it’s hardships or love, you’re gonna get it served honestly from this charismatic Baltimore native who got his comedy start in California’s state capitol.
RONN VIGH Ronn Vigh – a comic who happens to be gay – is unapologetically himself. Born and raised in New Jersey, his fast talking, wry, and often blunt observations are not only the backbone of his act but truly the heart of who he is.
$.25 per each ticket sold for a majority of events at Cobb’s Comedy Club benefits Comedy Gives Back, a safety net for the comedy community.
